Although it seems the battle of the names has begun, we are very excited to know what we are having. We'll be able to start picking out furniture and start decorating Baby's room. I have visions of paintbrushes in my future!

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!
You read correctly!! On 12-16-2009 we had our 18 week ultrasound appointment. We were able to determine the sex of the baby and found out we are having a boy! Baby boy is now five and a half inches long and weighs about nine ounces. The heart rate was 149 beats per minute. Oh, and he has ten fingers and ten toes. Perfect for pulling on ears and tails of all our animal friends. They measured the length of the leg bones and arm bones as well as the size of his head. Everything looks normal there! He absolutely would not hold still. It was next to impossible to get good photos of him but we were able to eventually get a few. He definitely wanted us to know that he was a boy though. Let's just say he likes to show it off!

How wonderful! My advice is to keep your name choice to yourself so you don't have to listen to people gasp or choke when they don't like it.

ReplyDeleteThe 1st Wolf sibling reunion will be in KC. We were trying to think where to go...then we remembered - we will have a baby to spoil!
So watch out...no idea when.
